Spray in Elixir amd layer w/conditioner for best results. **Q: does this work good on really short hair?** A: Id like to say yes, but it is not doing as good of a job on my shoulder length hair as it first did. I find that very strange but I am finding that I have to really increase the amount. I'm going to switch to pure castor oil (you onlly use a tiny bit of that or else you end up greasy) and see how that goes. The Magic Myst seems to have lost some of it's properties. I'm not a chemist so I can't test it. At this point it seems I have to use a lot more than I did when it was new. Hair same length.
