**Q: No pics on wrist.. will they adjust small / tight enough to fit wrjst?**
A: Yes, although you might have to remove one of the one-pound weights to accommodate the smaller diameter if your wrists are very small.   They fit my wrists just fine.

**Q: If you remove weights and then need to put it back on, do these weights fall out? or do they stay put?**
A: Had a set for wrists for 10 months and one of the sand bags keeps falling out. Material that houses them loosens and tears from use over time.
