looks like this is the end for internal hard drives, so the future looks like the cloud is the way for anybody to access it. the cctv is to replace a 5 year old one which started having problems bought one and had to send back as it has no hard drive and i don't trust where my information goes i can see that to access your footage in the future you will probably have to subscribe and pay in some way to look at it.leaving it open for the authorities to yield for it when ever they wish too.this one had no returns unless faulty so last of old stock i would say.

I can’t say strongly enough how poor this product is in terms of software, performance and complete lack of guidance. This company should be banned from selling products which do not have clear instructions, no clear product ID, no help service and no main menu to be able to look at footage and delete it. Absolutely abysmal as there is not enough information even when go onto help page and no ability to contact seller. Very very poor software, setup, no useability.

Warning this comes shipped with premade cables with BNC connectors and also Siamese power cable and connectors. The power is not fed over the coax (POC) to install you have to drill large holes in your walls also you also cannot pull the cables through ducting due to the large premade connectors. I have not fitted this as the premesis was prewired with RG59 coax so needed POC
