We love this dehydrator! We make our own beef jerky, and it works great! There is no need to precook, we just cut up our thin-sliced steak into strips, use our seasonings, and pop them in the dehydrator. Takes about 8-12 hours depending on how thick the slices are. We set these up at night and have jerky ready in the morning. PRO TIP - let the jerky cool before popping in a container into the fridge, otherwise they sweat.

I actually got this as a gift for my dad since his old one has some serious wear and tear. Its simple to use and works great. He also loves the little manual that comes with it and has recipes.

You can't control the temperature, otherwise it's a nice appliance.

Very happy with my purchase, This Dehydrator seams very well made, It has 5 nice trays and comes with a very helpful manual.Used it several times and as very satisfied with the results, It's simple and easy to use and it also works really quietly which is a great plus!

If I could give a 0 star I would I didn't even use it onceI had already cut out my strawberries and banana to dehydrate ,when I switched the power button a loud noise came out and that was it . Not even once I give up , I hate writing reviews but I couldn't abstain from this particular one. I thought of refund and it's not worth spending my time and energy .

I never used a dehydrator before and wasn't sure what to expect. It took a really long time to dehydrate everything. I was disappointed.

I use this to make my own jerky. It works great and the jerky comes out fresher than store bought and tastes better too. I have saved a lot of money by making my own.

Works ok but shelves are one direction only & are very flimsy. Fan is fairly loud. I will only hand wash.
