5 Pound Bulk Ruta Maya Organic Medium Roast Coffee

If you grind your own beans and have two cups of coffee a day then you know you need a five pound bag of beans. While I'm no connoisseur, this coffee tastes as good as any other I've bought but at a better price and being organic, this is my new jam.They did take their time shipping though and didn't provide any real shipping status information. It took so long I ended up buying a bag of coffee the day this one arrived. So order this long before you're out of coffee beans.The bag it comes in is nice and sturdy and resealable.

I bought this off the shelf when I worked in the Rio Grande Valley. I enjoy every cup. Great flavor. I moved to to another project in another part of the country and tried other coffees. Nothing matches this for flavor and price. I was really glad to find this coffee through Amazon. Delivery is unpredictable so you should plan accordingly. I ordered once and had it in two days; the next time it was almost two weeks -- but worth the wait. I have not found any other organic fair trade coffee that tastes this good, at this price.

We first discovered Ruta Maya at Costco when we were looking for an Organic coffee. I consistently get "Wow, that is great coffee.. Where do you get that coffee from?, Can you make me some of your coffee?. I have been purchasing Ruta Maya for over 5 years and we love it.

Great service and great coffee

This coffee smells amazing but that incredibly misleading. It is incredibly bitter and almost chemical-tasting, with no real coffee flavor. Absolutely undrinkable.

I'm kind of a coffee snob, but fair trade, organic coffee is also expensive. The best coffee ever and trust me I know a lot about coffee , the flavor is unique , fist time I tested on Costco and never find it again , Finally Amazon had it and absolutely buy it ever and ever again.

I dont know what costco charges but a much smaller bag at whole foods was $31. So I thought the price was good but I did notice it came from costco. And the coffee is excellent, especially in a french press,
