Haven't taken it long enough to get full effect. Seems to be helping but no blood labs done to verify. (I was a science teacher so verification would be important.) But I do feel like I am returning to my activity level of several years ago.

This may be a useful supplement for people to take. My experience was not good. I took one pill per day. I only lasted a week on it. It caused me to feel extremely tired and had headaches. Both of which are not symptoms I have experienced before taking this supplement. Once I quit taking it the tiredness went away, as well as the headaches. It is no reflection on the provider, my package was delivered very quickly, and in good condition. It is just not for me. Now I have two bottles that I have no use for.

I am often uncertain as to whether a supplement will work because everyone is different, so what works for someone else may not work for me. As for Ginseng I would say it does work, and this specific brand does have a noticeable effect. The energy you get from this is not coffee, I would say it is good for clarity and an overall general increase in energy, the effect is subtle but having clarity 24 hours a day is very valuable. Instead of the quick emergency energy you get from coffee this will has a positive overall effect day in and day out, I was surprised also to notice a subtle mood enhancement.

Much to my amazement this product is different from all the rest I've tried. It works try it for yourself

Weak. Barely smells like ginseng, probably a lot of filler. The Solgar brand in the glass bottle really smells like ginseng and you can feel the difference

Still waiting on it to go to work!

I can feel a difference when using this Ginseng. I have used Ginseng leaf powder with 4 times the ginsenosides, but not the same impact as this Ginseng combination. I will be ordering it again..... edit: except the price went up about 200% in about 7 months, so maybe not.
