It doesn't feel good. Personally don't like the metal.I love to pick my ear but with this one...I find that it sometimes is even painful.

For me, earwax is a problem that I know many people deal with. It's a great things they made tools for us to use rather than having to go to an ENT and spend up to hundreds of dollars to do something that can be done ourselves. If you have problems with earwax or even objects in your ear that are stubborn but easy to get out, look no further.

ears are hurting

This comes professionally packaged and wrapped. Appear to be high quality stainless steel and heavier than expected. I recommend disinfecting first in rubbing alcohol and before and after every use. Use with caution. Great for my itchy ears but just know what you are doing ... the massage ends are great but you could push the wax back in your canal and end up at the doctors, if you use these by yourself. If you have someone with a ear light or scope helping you, it is much safer but that has nothing to do with the actual product which is well made in my opinion.
