It's also pretty easy to set up as it didn't take me long. The rubber band helps so much as you can adjust it to your liking. It doesn't bend at all when I use it and holds my weight very good. It's easily an excellent steal as the quality is amazing. It's also not that big so the versatility is amazing. Review: It's suitable for folk like me to do pull-ups. not suitable for rubber band snap masochists. - The reason why I chose this product over bands is that I appreciated the protective covering that considerably reduces the chance of being whipped by snapped bands. This product can be used for a variety of exercises, just like a band. But as almost everything purchased online is made in some dank, unobserved factory these days, it seemed prudent to minimise the risk of injury from perishable goods (that are a ubiquitous feature of the "modern" age of the "current year"...). So I chose this product over all the others. By the way, I have lived in the Far East and let me tell you - you'd have trouble tracking any factory down as almost ALL products are several middle-men away from the obscure original sources. So it is that this product is safer than the bare rubber bands you can find. ## Features - Safety-Centric: Our sturdy steel buckles ensure a rock-solid hold. The protective cloth covers keep the latex in great shape and your skin safe from harm. Our bouncy ropes are super durable—they won't break, no matter how hard you pull - Total Body Workout: Our pull-up assist bands are your secret weapon for targeting arms, shoulders, back, chest, and core muscles. Ideal for home gyms or wherever you are, these bands make it easy to build strength across multiple muscle groups, giving you a full upper body workout that's efficient and effective - Scientifically Customized Pull Ups: Comes with three stretchy bands, ideal for gym pros and newbies. Start with all three to ease into it, then drop one as you get stronger. This set helps you build up your strength step by step, so you can eventually crush a full pull-up on your own - Customize Your Workout: Easily adjust the length of our pull-up assist bands to match your height for a perfect fit, whether you're on a pull-up bar or doing other exercises. The Height Adjustable Strap ensures everyone boosting PULL UP ASSIST BAND experience and workout results - Lifetime After-sales Service：When you used resistance bands set, it worked great, please don't forget to recommend it to your friend because your friends will thank you! If you give it as a gift, your friend and family will scream with joy ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08R3CGMG4 | | Best Sellers Rank | 15,986 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) 235 in Resistance Bands | | Brand | INNSTAR | | Brand Name | INNSTAR | | Colour | Black adjustable resistance | | Country Of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 992 Reviews | | Included Components | pull up resistance band | | Included components | pull up resistance band | | Item Weight | 1.6 Pounds | | Item weight | 1.6 Pounds | | Manufacturer | INNSTAR | | Material | Natural Rubber | | Material Type | Natural Rubber | | Model Name | Universal Size | | Number of Resistance Levels | 3 | | Product Warranty | 1 year | | Recommended Uses For Product | Workout | | Special Features | Adjustable | | Sport | Exercise and Fitness | | Sport Type | Exercise and Fitness | | Style Name | Pull Up,Resistance Band,Resistance Tubes | | Tension Supported | Medium | | UPC | 728070326973 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** INNSTAR - **Colour:** Black adjustable resistance - **Item weight:** 1.6 Pounds - **Material:** Natural Rubber - **Sport:** Exercise and Fitness ## Images ![Innstar Pull Up Assistance Bands, Heavy Duty Resistance Band for Pull Up Assist, Adjustable Resistance 88/265lbs, Pull Up Bands Assistance Bands - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ldOzHjLwL.jpg) ![Innstar Pull Up Assistance Bands, Heavy Duty Resistance Band for Pull Up Assist, Adjustable Resistance 88/265lbs, Pull Up Bands Assistance Bands - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71YN+QPNgrL.jpg) ![Innstar Pull Up Assistance Bands, Heavy Duty Resistance Band for Pull Up Assist, Adjustable Resistance 88/265lbs, Pull Up Bands Assistance Bands - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81M8ymSP4rL.jpg) ![Innstar Pull Up Assistance Bands, Heavy Duty Resistance Band for Pull Up Assist, Adjustable Resistance 88/265lbs, Pull Up Bands Assistance Bands - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/714lYWpC0kL.jpg) ![Innstar Pull Up Assistance Bands, Heavy Duty Resistance Band for Pull Up Assist, Adjustable Resistance 88/265lbs, Pull Up Bands Assistance Bands - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71zNbK5n5JL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Would this work if your weight is 115kg?** A: According to the manufacturers blurb it should only work up to 75kg however I am just shy of a 100 kg and it’s working very well for me. In winter and when I take my bar into the garage and the pull up bar is only 6ft 6in, it's hard to get a good position to use. Could do with an extension so you can get your knees into it or something. Overall, I'm happy with it though. ## Frequently Bought Together - Innstar Heavy-Duty Adjustable Pull Up Bands Set, Assistance Bands for Enhanced Strength Training - Patent - KAKICLAY 2025 Upgrade Multi-Grip Pull Up Bar with Smart Larger Hooks Technology - USA Original Patent, Designed, Shipped, Warranty - VINSGUIR Ab Roller Wheel, Abs & Core Workout Equipment for Home Gym with Knee Pad Accessories, Abdominal Wheel for Full-body Strength Training --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/375349069-innstar-pull-up-assistance-bands-heavy-duty-resistance-band-pull](https://www.desertcart.be/products/375349069-innstar-pull-up-assistance-bands-heavy-duty-resistance-band-pull) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
