This is a life changer. It fits snug. I can feel it if I sit a certain way, but it is barely noticeable. What I do notice is the lack of having to change my underwear at different intervals through the day and being able to sleep (dry) throughout the night. I can't imagine why this product is not 5 stars from everyone.I kept the box for about a month prior to trying it. I had convinced myself that it would be uncomfortable and difficult to find the right spot. Wrong! It's not hard to put on or off and even more importantly - IT WORKS! Now, I use 2 a day - once prior to working and again prior to going to bed at night.I am 55 years old and the mother of 6 adult children most of which were over 8 pounds at birth. Even though I exercise regularly, it took a toll on my body. This product is the silver lining. THANK YOU SO MUCH. ### ⭐ One Star *by C***R on November 24, 2017* Doesn't really work for me. To expensive for what it does. I would not purchase this product again. ### ⭐⭐ I so wanted these to work *by N***3 on April 27, 2017* I love the concept of these, but sadly they did not work at all for me. First off, getting them on without medical assistance is a challenge. It's definitely a two handed process, but you also REALLY need a mirror to confirm correct placement. The first attempt I applied blindly and checked placement afterward with a mirror and it seemed right. They are not comfortable. Feels exactly like a tampon is halfway inserted or coming out on it's own. Really weird feeling. So anyhow, after my first attempt, I went and ran 6 miles and leaked all the way down to my socks. So awesome. So the move I used the second time was to lay my mirror face up on the closed toilet lid, straddle the toilet and place it with both hands and the aid of the mirror. I also decided to use a pad as backup which was a good plan as it didn't do anything except get all wet and come off. I've used them a couple more times with accurate placement and no better luck.My only SI is exercise induced and I run. The pads that are the size of canoes are super uncomfortable and embarrassing as you can see them from the rear if you are wearing tights, they also cause major chafing. So yeah, I really wanted these to work.
