Noticeable Results after just 3 weeks!! Excited to keep going.
This success of this dental spray on my dogs teeth was totally unexpected. I have a 13 year old german shepherd that has had chronic dental and really needs cleanings annually, but because of the crazy cost involved, it only happens about once every 3 years. His last cleaning was a year ago and his gums and teeth started to look pretty worse for the wear after 6-8 months. So, I thought what the heck -- I'll give this spray a try. He absolutely HATES being sprayed, I will say that, but he gives up the fight pretty quickly now that he's figured out it's a quick blast or two and he's done. I've tried spraying it on my finger and then rubbing on his teeth and he's not too cooperative that way either, so I just spray it right in since I feel it covers the area better. Besides having horribly brown teeth (even on the long front canines), his gums used to be very blood red right at the tooth line and would always bleed a lot with the brushing. I can't believe, honestly, how much better his teeth and gums look now after just 3 weeks!! The picture of the front canines (which were SOLID brown before), now show lots of clean white areas breaking through. The back molars are slower to clean up, but they are also more crusted with brown tartar. But they too are lightening up and the surrounding gums look a lot healthier! I wish I had taken "before" pictures, but I honestly didn't expect this stuff to work. It's no gimmick! And for the price, it's worth a shot. OH! I almost forgot....his breath smells SO MUCH BETTER too!!!

I'm so far very pleased with this product
I'm so far very pleased with this product. I have an 8 year old English Bulldog, whose breath could be uttelry disgusting, despite his being a voracious chewer of toys etc. I also have 2 mastiffs, and while their breath wasn't bad per se...it could be a tad overwhelming when they started panting in your face. I have a toothbrush that I would use to keep any tartar at bay, but still the breath.... So, I've been using Tru Dog for several weeks now, and while it's not one of their favorite things, they tolerate quite well. A couple of sprays on each side of the mouth and their breath is MUCH improved. I have noticed that everyones teeth are looking better so I was not doing a very good job of brushing. Ok,...I would get busy and not brush everyday (or every week) because they hated it. But that's on me. I admit, I don't use the number of sprays as suggested on the bottle since it's based on weight and in my opnion a bit of overkill. 2 sprays on each side for each dog. I will be repurchasing.

Very strong mint smell, and presumably flavor... My dogs hated it!
I gave it to stars because it did make my dog's breath pressure after I was able to struggle to get them to take it. My 2 dogs are not a fan of the flavor, but what dog would like the taste of mint in their mouth?! It definitely makes their breath smell better, but due to the struggle of them not liking the taste, I gave up after 3 tries. I wish they would come up with a chicken flavor much like the toothpastes are, I would rather have that than fight the dogs not liking the minty taste.

Improves doggie breath
A quick and easy way to control doggy breath and it's supposed to also help with tartar buildup. The dog did not particularly like us spraying his teeth (that's just our dog...) but he did not seem to mind the taste.

Can't really tell if it helped or not. Maybe ...
Can't really tell if it helped or not. Maybe if used after vet cleaning it would help keep teeth clean.
