Our mission is to break down the barriers to the often complex and daunting world of speciality tea with the aim of encouraging our customers to explore the many different types. A blend of the finest whole-leaf black teas scented with oil of Bergamot and sprinkled with cornflowers to make it as beautiful on the eye as it is on the palate. The leaf is large and well blended showing plenty of tip and offers a light, bright infusion with the distinctive aroma and flavour of citrus bergamot. A true gentleman. Earl Grey tea is part of the black tea family. Black teas owe their colour and depth of flavour to the process of oxidation.
