Put the food or what else you want ot preserve in a preservation bag, and clean the opening end of the bag to make sure there are no folds or unwanted substances which cna affect the sealing.2. Open the top lid by pressing both ends of it, place the opening end of the bag in the vacuum chamber, and make it flat and fixed.3. Close the top lid, and press both ends of it until you hear a click.4. Plug in the machine with the start/stop button's blue indicator light turned on; to initiate vacuum sealing, press vacuum sealing button with its blue indicator light turned on, and then press the start/stop button to initiate vacuum sealing as the red and blue indicator lights flashing alternately.5.
