Jump rope is very cheap, wheel is ok. Would not buy

Getting great results with this ab wheel and the jump rope is a nice bonus in the set. Ab roller has made me very sore but good for strengthening core. This combo has allowed for getting some good quick workouts on days I can't make it to the gym. Happy with the quality so far, seems to be a great deal.

Ab wheel looks like a simple ab workout, but it really isn't. This is for whomever wants a tough ab workout. I went too hard first time and was sore for days. The jump rope seems a good quality as you would expect, it's strong and comes with a metal cable in the core.
