Raid Ant Gel (1.06 Ounce,Pack - 3)

Q: does this work with pharooh ants?

Baits are the preferred method of control for Pharaoh ants and several baits (insecticides) are labeled for indoor ant control. Baits cannot be placed in just any location and be expected to work. Pharaoh ant trails and their resources (both food and water) must be located for proper placement of baits and effective control. As soon as I see ants, I first attempt to determine their entrance point. Once found, I place a few strips of the Raid and gel in their path. Most will immediately be attracted to the gel and begin to consume it. If this is done late afternoon, for example, there is not an ant anywhere to be found the next morning! I do not know how Raid ant gel works but it does. I suspect that many of the ants take some gel back to the nest and if the queen ant partakes of the gel and dies, that's the end of that colony. Whatever, Raid ant gel works!
