works great as an outside light for my shop the camera is a great security feature as well

Bought this about 6 months ago and initially was very satisfied. It provided bright light for my front gate and walkway where there was no electrical outlet. The videos were good though there is a slight delay. No date/time was not an issue for my use. Just a few weeks ago I noticed it was becoming harder to get the light/camera to trigger on. When it came on it was bright and the video worked. I can assume that the charger/battery were working. It appears that the motion sensor was faltering. Just this evening I went out and tried to get it to come on to no avail. Any kind of movement even right in front of it will not trigger it to come on. My front gate gets used daily by my coming and going, postal service and parcel deliveries, and any visitors. It's likely that the motion activation component doesn't stand up to repeated daily use. I got about 6 months use out of it. I was hoping that for the $130 price that it would at least last several years. Unless perhaps your using it in a lightly traveled area, I wouldn't recommend it. Very disappointed - I have to begin my search all over again.

I couldn't change the date & time except the year until I accidentally erased all the data for setting the date in the SD card. It's almost useless without the right date & time. Unlike the regular camera you can't set the date & time without the special SD card. Other features like videos, lighting, sensor, sunlight charging, etc. are excellent.

this thing is awesome but not sure if it works at night. great picture and sound quality. wish there were some more settings.

I've had to send this product back twice. The picture quality is OK. The camera triggers on 4 times a minute when nothing is there. This drains the batteries so it doesn't go on at night. At night, the light doesn't already go on. Gets worse over time. The over all quality isn't that good.

Puts out a very nice light. Easy to install just 2 screws

There is a large time lapse between motion and video start up. The light can only be mounted one way to get videos right side up. I can't see how to set time and date either. The instructions were very poor. The line between solar panel and light is a little short. The very worst problem is the light and camera quit working during week three. Shipping was as expected. I don't recommend this light for anyone!
