A must have to improve ball handling
Purchased this on the recommendation/encouragement of my son's basketball coach. Great tool for strength training and ball handling skills. My son didn't really like it at first, but now, after a week of using it, he pulls this ball out of his bag first!

Awesome practice trainer, this is my second set of them. My grown kids wore the first set out. It took them about four years to do it but they did it. They have some of the best and quickest bb handles. Two thumbs up and I highly recommend buying two so they can work on both right and left hand simultaneously.

Ottimo materiale, si sente subito che pesa di più rispetto ad una normale palla, ma non sono limitati i movimenti tecnici come il tiro e il palleggio, anzi il peso è tale da permettere di eseguirli e allo stesso tempo di rafforzare la muscolatura.
