It arrived well packed, insulated and VERY quickly. Not cheaply made by any means. It was so much more beautiful than any picture. Any thoughts that my Shih Tzu Zac's ashes would not fit quickly dissipated. He was bigger than the normal for his breed. I only wished that they gave you the option to have the little 'heart' that attaches to it, engraved with the fur-baby's name when it arrives. Maybe one day they will offer that service. But all in all... you CANNOT go wrong buying this.

Lovely urn for ashes of my sweet girl. I was worried that she might not fit (80 pounds) but she did.

It was just what we'r were looking for. Heavy and sturdy. I glued the bottom on just to make sure the ashes didn't come out as the plug seemed a little flimsy.

An absolutely beautiful urn to be the last resting place and memorial for my beloved Puggle girl, Kisses. Thank You!I couldn’t find the gold engravable heart at first so instead I had another heart shaped dog tag engraved just like the one she wore. It fit perfectly in the space. I did find the heart in the box later, it had been provided but I overlooked it.

Beautiful urn. Extremely disappointed that it was missing the heart shaped label plate for engraving. The item arrived and delivered immediately to the pet funeral home for my dog's remains and engraving the label plate.The owner called to say the plate was missing and the seal of the urn was not sealing tightly. Extremely disappointing considering this was a delicate situation for our family.The owner made it work to accommodate us and to eliminate us having to go through this again.

Adorable and great product. It is the perfect pet memorial urn for our dog who passed away after 9 years. She only weighed 11 pounds but this pet memorial can definitely be used for a much larger dog. We took the gold heart to a trophy shop to have it engraved for like $5.

The original one I ordered came broken and without the engraveable name plate. I had them send a replacement and that one came broken as well. Very disappointing and frustrating, especially during this difficult time. I ended up buying one elsewhere.

We recently lost one of our dogs… she was a huge part of our family and we are of course heart broken. So I wanted something special to put her ashes in and when I found this I immediately balled (it looks so much like her). I knew it was the perfect resting place for her. Until I opened it. I understand urns can range and have the potential to be expensive. I thought a little over $60 wasn’t too bad, but I did expect it to be a decent quality. The texture feels rough and unfinished. The paint has weird green in it like someone made a poor attempt to patina it. And the opening is no bigger than a kcup. While the inside may have space to put the ashes… if you have a larger dog the only way to get them in would be to open the bag, pour them out put the bag inside and refill it… but let’s be realistic.. who is going to do that??! It suppose if you had a smaller dog it would work.. but the dog on this is a large dog.. I feel as though it should be able to fit a large dog. Also, the cap on the bottom looks soo poorly made.. as a matter of fact the entire piece feels poorly made.. I feel that if in the unfortunate event it fell it would more than likely easily shatter. Another thing…. The rough texture I feel will easily collect dust.. and with the many folds and crevices it would be hard to keep super clean.

So beautiful I lost my little girl sooner then I wanted her to go my little Sophia was only 12 when she went to the rainbow bridge she got a tumor overnight I knew something was wrong because when I picked her up she snapped at me she never did that to me not once well I never thought anything of it until I picked her up and felt it on her stomach I went into the bathroom and held her tight and cried I took her to the vet the next day he said it was a tumor and she had another one going in another part of her stomach as well so right then I made the decision to put her down that day I didn't want her to suffer any longer then she had too I miss her every day but I have this beautiful urn to help hold her ashes

It is absolutely perfect final resting place for my dog Alice .Urn is beautiful and very detailed .Said it would take over a week to come in and arrived a few days later. Highly recommend this urn .

I love everything about this urn. I purchased 2 of them. Our girl weighed approx. 65 pounds and her ashes fit inside upon transfer to another plastic bag that we placed inside the urn and then sealed before replacing the "plug" underneath the urn. The jeweler engraved both hearts and they were easy to stick in place. Note: There is a clear plastic film that covers the front of the heart-shaped plate that needs to be removed before engraving. A wonderful memorial to keep your cherished pet close to you even after they've physically left this earth.

I finally received the urn close to a week longer than scheduled. Initially, when I took it out of the box, I was in awe. It's a beautiful ornament. The first thing I noticed was the missing heart name plate. If the urn doesn't come with the name plate, it shouldn't be displayed with one. Second, is the missing paint on the blanket (right side). I feel if I'm going to be paying out this kind of money, I expect perfection. Disappointed.....
