As I am Very Much a side sleeper, I need it But it is a little Large. I am 5ft 8ins in height, and the knee support if from my groin to my food, also its a little wide, while turning during the night I have to use both hands in order to succeed.The 2 straps on the pillow case are a wise idea.So all is well it is that it is a a little larger than what I expected.Kind regardsNoranne Curran

WORKS AS EXPECTED

What makes this pillow finally the one I use every night is the length. It always felt strange to have my knees cushioned yet my ankles and feet weren't. This pillow cushions my whole lower body and just feels right. The soft straps help to keep it in place. This pillow was worth the $100 I spent. I wish I would have ordered it first.

Doesn’t provide the relief I need after knee replacement surgery. Too firman thick for comfort.

My brother is semi-paralyzed, and it takes great effort for him & his wife to get him turned on his side in the middle of the night when he needs to move. He told me this pillow was better than the shorter concave pillow (I got him both kinds). This long one stays in place better and gives better support from the knees to the feet.
