I have had surgery on my right thumb after an injury and the left is just tired from lots of gardening and lots of painting (artwork.) I have also had a herniated disc in my lumbar spine....and sometimes feel the exertion and pain there when I overdue. I am very active still at 75 and hope to continue with my physical strength. This product may well be a great blessing and the answer that I need. My only negative review is that the pills are so huge, I struggled to swallow them at first, and now break them in two so that I can. I am a small person (90 lbs of trouble) and maybe that contributes to my inability to swallow them easily. I am feeling very positively though that they are and will continue to help me.
