Neat light! This is great for adults that hate adjusting to the morning light when waking up or for kids. I like that aside of having the natural “sun light” gradually rising, it also has a for color option. You can have it set to solid green, red, blue, or purple. But the triangle button will give you a changing color mode. I love that. And that is why I think it is suitable for both kids and adults alike.The Fm radio function and alarms are loud enough to wake-up you up for sure and that is a lesson I learned on the first night lol. I like leaving this on the color mode because I use the restroom at night and I don't like to turn on the bedroom light because it is way way waaaaaay too bright. Just a heads up however, I couldn't get the light (color or natural) to work while only using batteries but I had no problem at all using it while it was connected to the USB cable and the adapter.
