Beautiful in form and function
This tea infuser is what every tool should be. It functions perfectly while brewing tea in that the water flows freely through the infuser, no delays when you fill the cup and instant drainage when you remove the infuser. Secondly, it is a work of beauty. Looking at the bottom of the infuser reveals a pattern reminiscent of a kaleidoscope. The thousands of tiny holes which I assume must be laser cut are also a beautiful sight. I think there is no room for improvement, perfection is already there.C.S. Beck

This is the most amazing tea infuser
This is the most amazing tea infuser!! No powder leaks out into the water! I love making tea with this, and then using the little storage cap to place the infuser on after brewing. It is attractive and easy to use, and easy to clean. I would definitely recommend this infuser to any one who buys fine tea as I did. My husband Don bought it for me!!

I recently switched to loose leaf tea so I went on the hunt for a good quality tea (basket style) infuser. This was the 3rd infuser I purchased, the 1st w being 2 different forlife models. This infuser blows the other 2 out of the water.You wouldn't think there could be much R&D done with a tea infuser but this infuser opened my eyes. The silicone around the rim is amazing. Keeps you from burning yours fingers and also is nice so you're infuser doesn't slide around on you. That along with the cover that doubles as a great place to set your basket when your infuser has finished the job makes this the only other tea infuser I'll ever buy.

Best tea diffuser ever!
This is the most handy little tea implement. It has a diffuser pattern that seems very efficient for good extraction during the steep without letting the smootz into the cup. The tabs stay cool- even when removing from a near boiling cup. You can sit the diffuser in the included lid when transferring out of your cup & then use it to cover your leaves for a second steep later if you'd like. Fits a large variety of my favourite mugs - the large ones too. A great thing if you don't always want a big pot of tea.

not the right color
I ordered one of these in the darker blue color for my dad's Christmas present to go with some nice loose leaf tea. When I opened the box to check for any defects before wrapping it, there was a purple infuser instead. The box was clearly the one for a blue infuser. It doesn't change the functionality, but I'm really not sure how my dad will feel about having a purple one. There's not enough time to return it at this point for a different color either. It looks like a decent product though...

WOW, now that's TEA!
got this for my husband who grew up boiling tea in a pan on the stove. he insisted that his family has always done it that way. ONE CUP of tea made with boiling water poured over the tea thru this infuser and he was totally SOLD on it. he took it to work and two friends from tunisia ordered one each thatsame night. one said that they never knew why tea from Turkey was so much better, now he can make his own. the quality is good, and i feel that if i did have a problem with this, the company would make good on it.

Very useful on the road
This fits well into my wife's mug so that she can brew her Choffy (search for here on Amazon) on the go. It's easy to clean, and the bulk of the infuser isn't so much that you greatly miss the volume of water.The sides are cool-touch, so it's easily removed. Easy to clean, and the use of the lid as coaster is perfect. The holes are small enough for good water circulation but not so large that Choffy grounds (it's a ground roasted cocoa bean product) don't push through.Like it a lot for travel.
