I would also wake up 2-4 times after that and then fall asleep again. The FIRST night using it, I fell asleep within 5 minutes, woke up and right away fell asleep and one more time which took 1/2 hour and then asleep! I can feel my body get heavier as I use it laying in my bed (relaxation) plus my mind will tend to stop thinking which is the majority of my issues keeping me awake.
