It fits nicely
I’m thinking it is soft but not too tight. Warming with enough to also keep it dry. I could have gone smaller but it be too snug. It fits nicely

Comfortable, non binding and very effective
I am a short person, only 5'1" and most calf compression sleeves are just too long for me which makes them uncomfortable and rolling them over causes pain under my knees. That being said I spent months searching for short calf compression sleeves as I have problems with venous insufficiency after my pregnancies.
