A: Not sure what a jcase fuse is but we had bigger round fuses at work so I bought for a friend

**Q: Will this pull BSS-5 fuses?**
A: Yes, the description says for 1a - 60a fuses and a BSS-5 is a 5a fuse.

**Q: Is this insulated?**
A: That is made of hard plastic so there is no way you can be electricuted when removing the fuse or create a short circuit when touched to any live low voltage cinductors

**Q: Is this suitable for agc fuses**
A: Yes its suitable
