Left My ankle Feeling great, but dont over extend your use.

I've been using the brace the past few days on a sprained ankle. It does offer the support I need for getting around the house. However I don't think it would be a good idea to use if you are going to be more active than walking. Great value as this brace is comfortable, and easy to put on. I'm glad I made the purchase. I received this product free or heavily discounted in exchange for a honest review.
