I have been looking for a good zester for a while and this one is perfect. It is super sharp and does its job flawlessly. I love that it has a cover so I am not gouging my fingers or knuckles when I am searching through my drawer to find it. I also love the cheese slicer, very sharp, easy to hold onto and slices perfectly thin pieces of cheese. They are both high quality and not flimsy. They clean easily. The added little booklet of popular cheeses was an interesting read as well. I love my cheese grater and zester set.

I am an avid chef and have been looking for a zester/grater for a while. This one is great! The handle is sturdy and ergonomic, it's comfortable when you need to use it for a while. The blade is strong metal and holds up well in the dishwasher. The blade did not cut me when I was grabbing the last of the garlic off of it. The cheese slicer was an added bonus! Again, the handle is quality made and it holds up well. These are both great products and we'll worth the money!

Don't waste your time. Look for the Swedish Cheese cutters with wooden handles.

This is a review of two kitchen tools of a cheese grater and citrus zester. These were made a good quality and sturdy which cleaned easily. I tried the zester first on a lemon and it was easy to handle and quickly and efficiently created the perfect amount of lemon zest without wasting any pieces. I next tried the grater on a block of cheese, I actually tried both a soft cheese and a hard Parmesan block of cheese and it was able to cut through both very easily. I am very pleased with these products and will order again as a gift for my family.

Terrible quality of product.

I mostly bought this for the slicer but finally got around to using the grater this weekend. I struggled with it for awhile and then realized the grating blades face away from the handle which means you need to pull the cheese toward you. This makes it quite difficult to use.

I LOVE this product! I can't even tell you how many cheese slicers I've bought over the past few years and thrown away because they were so terrible. The cheese slicer in this set is awesome. Sharp and slices the cheese so evenly. I've used it almost every day since I got it. The zester is just as great. The blades are sharp as well and zest your rinds super quick and easy. This is a great product and I would buy this again as a gift for a friend. It would make a great wedding shower gift as well!

Bought this for the cheese slicer, and it works fine.The grater feels a little more plastic-y than I expected, but it seems to be of okay quality.They both survived the dishwasher without being bendt or damaged in any way.
