Kaiser Bakeware La Forme 12-Inch Half Round Loaf Pan

Puspokkenyer is a very light bread with a texture similar to angel food cake, but richer because the egg yolks are included along with chopped nuts and chopped raisins. For a topping I keep a jar of confectioner's sugar mixed with a broken up vanilla bean. While the bread is still warm, I sift on some of this vanilla sugar before slicing. Delicious served with Vienna roast coffee.

My wife loves these pans so much. I have to order 2 more of them for her baking.
