Looks like a neat product but the major failing is in the software. Couldn't download the APK android installer from the manufacturer's QR code link. I tried the AuKey SmartPlug+ software from the android store, and wasn't able to pair with the device as MULTIPLE attempts. I work in IT so I'm pretty used to confusing documentation and patience to get something working. . . yeah nope. Doesn't work.

It works as adertised and it is very affordable. However, it is a little bulky, I prefer the plugs to be inline, and it does not work with Alexa.

Didnt work at all. The app couldnt find them and I downloaded the app for the US with no success. Returned to Amazon.

First order was up and running in less than a minute, next two after that don't work at all. Can't be user error because I got one to work and do the same thing each time. Don't they test these.

Android identified this app as spy wear, its direct from china. The App needs to access your phone camera,contacts,phone(it can make calls from your phone) find your accounts on the device, modify or delete the contents of your SD card, read the contents of the SD card. ANDROID FLAGS AS MALICIOUS SPYWARE DO NOT INSTALL. That's why you can't find it in play store. VERY SCARRY. Sending it back.

This outlet was advertised-- I thought as being "smart" I thought that I could turn it off and on with my cellphone. I guess I was wrong!!! I ordered 2. NOT WORTH the price without the smart feature!!!!
