## Questions & Answers

**Q: i think mine is faulty, the handle free spins, but very occasionally locks. any one else find this?**
A: If my example's anything to go by, the handle should switch from a very solid lock-up to freely spinning after the catch/clutch is pressed just over half way down. There's a definite click if it's under load at the time. but no other noise or resistance once spinning or after release. 

The catch should be held in the upwards, 90-degreee, position by spring pressure.

**Q: I think mine might be faulty. When the unlock button is pressed, the handle can’t always be rotated forwards, only backwards. Is this normal?**
A: HI, I think that is probably faulty! ...mine rotates both ways when release button is pressed... best thing is to contact amazon

**Q: I can't see a version for the right-side, is there one?**
A: As far as I am aware - There isn't one... you can always check SMALLRIG website! ...if they have one in their arsenal - it would be on their website.

**Q: Does this handle allow the screen on an a7s iii to flip out, or does it block it?**
A: This handle has to be mounted onto Camera cage ..and once is mounted - it will be approx. 2 inches away from the edge of the camera and screen - therefore it should NOT abstract your flip screen!

I bought one for my A7RIII and it's FANTASTIC! Great Finish and High-Quality construction - Only thing I would ask for is that perhaps angle adjustment of the handle could be finer - as a micro-adjustment... it IS good as it is - but in my opinion - it could be improved... than - it would be absolutely 100% perfect!
