I just got this shovel. While I have not yet taken it outside and used it, I am very impressed with the quality of this product. I have seen a lot of camp style shovels that were far less sturdy.One thing to consider in buying this tool. It is not the proper tool for the job. However, when the proper tool is needed, like in a survival situation, it will make a very good second best. A shovel is not a very good axe. But when you need an axe and do not have one, this will do the job. The "pocket chain saw" will not replace a good quality hand saw, but if you need it, it will do the job well. The knife in the handle will not do the same job as a good belt knife. Again, if you (for some reason) do not have a knife at hand, it will do just fine. Same goes for all of the tools on this shovel.I particularly like the flash light. Going to use it as my primary flashlight so I can keep the batter in good shape with use and recharge. I used it to charge my smart phone, and it gave a good 30% charge to my phone. In a pinch this will do for emergency phone calls.

Bought it for 29.99... DON'T BE A FOOL and pay it 100!Quite a nice multi-tool to have in your car or when hiking.Quality is very good for 30$, not so good for 100$All parts are efficient.

Flashlight works great, and flashlight battery (useable as a phone charger) holds a charge. Much more compact than the entrenching tool I was carrying. It now lives in my car earthquake kit.

I surprised my husband with this and he went nuts when he opened the box!! He loves it and every time he uses it he is very happy...like a kid in a candy store!! Great quality. Very Sturdy!! He loves the chain saw!!! and everything else for that matter. Lightweight perfect for back packing.

This kit is too good to put away in an ER or go bag. It is a very heavy duty, strong, and can fit comfortably in a backpack. The flashlight is bright, the chainsaw looks like it will "eat" through whatever I need it to - no other chainsaw that I have seen in a ER or camping kit compares to this one. When fully assembled I have an easy to use shovel or hoe. This one stays in my car and will go everywhere with me. A great value!

This shovel is awesome and all the extras are great. The flashlight button system isn't the best but it works well and the attachments provide lots of possibilities, also it takes 18650 batteries so they are easily replaced and will hold a sufficient charge. My only real gripe with this shovel is that you can't screw on all the components together at the same time, you have to choose between the flashlight or the end cap with the flint and whistle. This is not a deal breaker and when using really isn't a big deal, but being able to screw off the end cap while include the flint and whistle to the fully assembled shovel would have been a nice touch. All together a great kit and a perfect addition to my bug out bag.
