The most moving, for me, is the short piece of music that is heard in the scene where an aged McKenna is returning to her hotel room having met Collier. I find it some of the most moving music I have ever heard in a film. For me, I can listen to the score and visualize the scene in my mind, remembering dialog and even remembering clothes that were worn at the time. I think it is partly due to the score that this film has remained so popular over the years since it was released. The score made the movie memorable.
