Nice, clear video. Email Support is not the best, slow to reply. The contact info on the manual is incorrect.It took a little time to figure this one out. Since it's a wireless device networked to your smartphone, you need the app to view video if you don't want to constantly remove the micro sd card. You can only access camera while it is on, so you'll need to sit in your car with engine/key on while you download videos or run setup menu. It does take several seconds for it to connect to phone. It wouldn't turn on & off with the key when plugged into cig lighter device. Car had it's own usb, plugged it into that and it worked with the key. Even though it says GPS is working, I still don't see any maps with video playback. The Micro SD card is very difficult to remove.

Love this camI was in a reck two weeks after install.Not only got the reck on video but also all the audio afterwards including the gentleman that hit me confession.

I have been using this for 1 day now and really love it.I hope I feel the same way after a month...

This camera has great potential, but needs some work. Quality could be better... it does feel a bit cheap compared to similar style dash cams I have seen. The software is basic, but did most of what I needed.Pros:Compact design - I was able to easily install this above the mirror in my truck without any interference (unlike most dash cams).Gesture support - There is a sensor on the camera so you can wave your hand under it to take pictures and videos.Cons:Security - You cannot change the wifi name or password (1 Star removed). Perhaps this feature will be added in the future?GPS - Is not built in. It is on the USB cable, so you lose GPS if you buy a hardwire kit (1 Star removed).

The iPhone app forces close constantly when trying to review footage either streaming WiFi from the memory card storage or if you’ve downloaded for offline viewing. Downloading does NOT drop the video into the iOS Photo app but instead must be viewed using their app. You can’t pull videos off the memory card into iOS devices through a cable/adaptor connection (doesn’t recognize the format and comes up as if the memory card is empty). I was able to get videos onto an old Windows XP machine but that also quit working. Garbage software basically renders the quality camera useless if you have to actually use captured footage of an event. I won’t buy another Zetronix’s product.
