Wow. This is a really nice knife. At first glance, you wouldn't think this knife would be very sharp. But it is! I love that it comes in a pretty gift box too. I got this as a gift for my FIL to go with a nice wood cutting board I had already purchased for him. I think he will love it!

Wow! This knife is beautiful, sharp and cuts amazingly! The handle is very comfortable, and there is a really good weight to the knife. I ended up ordering 2 more to give as gifts!

So... Let me just say, this knife is fantastic. However please use your knife safety. I have never seriously cut myself in the kitchen before until... Lets just say, this knife is the best knife in my kitchen and my finger with stitches will attest to it.

This knife seems to stay sharp after cutting some really burnt hard beef. Only drawback is the handle gets slippery when it gets a little meat fat on it. Better handle would be knurled or wood handle.

This has become my go-to knife, and has pretty much replaced the rest of my knives. It glides easily over anything you slice. It's really sharp, and you have to be careful not to use it on hard surfaces as it could chip.

We bought one of these last Chhristmas to give as a gift. It was GREAT! This year, I bought 4.....great quality....great gift.

Dad wanted a knife that would cut tomatoes easily and I ordered this. He says it works great!

I bought several of these knives as gifts for my cooking friends. They Love them. I had one of my friends tell me that she liked it so much that she was going to throw her old knives away. I especially was impressed with the packaging. Very Classy. Most of my friends thought it was an expensive box of candy. Boy, were they surprised. :)
