Works about 70% of the time for EXTREME nausea
Being a Type 1 diabetic (who doesn't always take care of his health as well as he should), I get nauseous ALL THE TIME. Every morning when I wake up, throughout the afternoon and usually even up until bedtime I have extreme nausea. It's terrible. But there are 3 or 4 things that REALLY HELP. This is one of those products. Try this even before Dramamine or other nausea medicine! 1) I get prescribed Zofran which is an anti-nausea medicine they usually only give to cancer patients dealing with the nausea of chemotherapy. 2) I use driminate and meclizine often as well which are cheap and fairly effective. 3) I use THC and CBD tinctures/extracts all day every day for my nausea as well. But when the nausea is bad (per usual) I often have to dose myself so heavily that I become almost incoherent. These 3 medicinal treatments work very well, especially together. BUT the solution I always come back to and almost never lets me down is THIS PRODUCT! It's crazy you just wear them for less than five minutes and out of nowhere the nausea is completely gone!! It is the first thing I would recommend to anyone dealing with nausea. In fact I have bought multiple pairs for some of my family members and they all swear by it as well. These wristbands are something you're going to want to throw in your bag/purse/backpack and LEAVE IT IN THERE AT ALL TIMES. It really is one of the most important things you can carry with you if you suffer from chronic (or temporary) nausea. I am actually planning on getting a tattoo on each wrist to designate the pressure points these are worn over so I can always be sure I am using them correctly. SERIOUSLY, JUST TRY THEM. You will not be disappointed...Also, there are other companies that sell these type of wristbands but in a sort of elastic cloth material. They are alright but they don't work nearly as well as these because you can tighten these wristbands but those ones end up loosening over time and the pressure they provide to the pressure point in your wrist is just not enough to be effective unfortunately. Lastly, they WILL leave a noticeable mark on your wrists after you take them off. It's not really a big deal to me but it's something to keep in mind and if you are super vain like me you may want to purchase some sweatband/wristbands (like the ones Nike make and athletes and sometimes drummers often wear) to put on after removing the PSI bands in order to hide those weird temporary physical markings. Hope this helps!!

Worked perfectly for morning sickness- update- just took them on a cruise!
Update- April 2016- just got back from a cruise on the Oasis and these worked perfectly to prevent motion sickness the whole time. I only took the bands off when we were in port (and one other time, see below). I even bought two more sets just in case my daughters got sick and one night when there was a storm, two of my kiddos got really sick. We put the bands on and after about 30 mins, they started feeling better and no one ended up vomiting. My one daughter did hate how these bands felt as they left a small sore on her wrist but they worked on eliminating motion sickness. Since I already had the bands on, when the storm hit, I could feel the rocking of the boat but it didn't bother me at all. I typically get pretty bad motion sickness while cruising and I am so happy these worked... I actually had dreaded the trip because of being so sick a couple of years ago on the Oasis. I had bought tons of ginger pills and ginger ointments and didn't need any of them due to these bands working so well. One night I tried not wearing the bands during formal dinner (they didn't go with my dress) and I started feeling queasy and not right so I quickly put the bands back on and I was fine. I did develop some bruising and sores on my wrist due to the pressure but it was worth it to feel normal. I also wanted to mention that these exact bands are sold in Target's vitamin section right in front of their pharmacy for $13. They had different colors (actually cuter than what is sold online) and also come in a little clear box to store the bands. Once we got home from the cruise I took the bands off and started feeling like I was rocking (sea legs?). I put the bands back on and felt fine. Good luck! Are these tight and kind of uncomfortable? Yes..but so is throwing up three times a day and walking around dizzy with morning sickness. These worked perfectly for me my whole pregnancy. They even worked better than the prescription my OBGYN put me on (which caused terrible cramps and constipation). When I received these bands I was really sick. My hubby had done everything to try and help me with morning sickness. He literally bought every single edible thing that contained ginger but unfortunately none of it helped. I tried eating saltine crackers intermittently through the day because having an empty stomach can worsen the symptoms of morning sickness but that only helped a little (it's kind of hard to want to eat when you throw everything up). I didn't have high hopes for these wrist bands (I got the cherry blossom ones) but they worked really well. They helped with the dizzy, yucky feeling and they helped me not throw up as much.I would have thought that maybe the positive results of these were a placebo, but a few times in the middle of the night I would wake up feeling. queasy and like I was going to throw up (yes..morning sickness affected me all the time so I had to wear these bands 24hrs). The ONLY times I woke up and felt ill were the nights I had unintentionally taken the bands off (they are uncomfortable and have to be on tight to work). For these bands to work for me, they had to be tight and they are uncomfortable until you get use to them (and even after that they still irritated me sometimes, hence throwing them off in the middle of the night). I usually had some light bruises on my wrist from wearing them and I only took them off in the shower (didn't want water getting trapped under and cause a rash). I am actually back to buy another pair for an upcoming cruise (prone to motion sickness) and am hoping these will help as they did with morning sickness. I will update my review after the cruise to report if they work as well for motion sickness.
