I use rivet nuts for automotive applications. Having them made out of stainless steel means not having to worry about rust. The variety of sizes offered in this kit means a size for every application. The included packaging is a big bonus.

Exactly what I needed, has a nice case, inside the top of the lid is slotted to prevent the travel of smaller pieces. My set was not at all labeled on the bottom or otherwise but nothing a label maker cant fix.

I have a WRX and with it comes a lot of the usual side skirts and front lips and rear spats etc... At first, I have had just self tapping screws holding it all together. A winter came and my front lip vanished underneath some snow leaving just the side lol. So I decided to put small rivnuts so next time It would be easier to install and take off during winter time. Problem was the rivnuts I placed before corroded the crap out of itself and I actually had to drill em out, thankfully I used small rivnuts.Now Ive had to drill out the old rivnuts and drilled the holes to 7mm and used the M5 rivnuts that came with this kit and it turned out GREAT. I see no signs of rust and the screws are easily removed without destroying the underside of the car.Also, this comes with a really sturdy box with a lot of removable partitions. When I go through these, ill probably get another just to get another box since they are stackable.Great set!

Nice assortment of rivet nuts. So far so good. Work super well compressing and holding tight once compressed. Love the case that they arrived in, but I have to say there is not markings on the case as to what nuts are what size.

The rivits work great just need the Rivit pliers to set them in the holes you drill out. They work with metal & plastic and the metal or plastic thickness from 23ga sheet metal to 11ga thick metal and on plastic from 16ga thick to thinner 20gaI use them for metal only for like mount brackets to welding projects I do like running board for your trucks. To hanging signs on post. Ect. They work great. And come all neatly inside the hard plastic case in the pictures. And all different sizes of threaded rivitsI Highly Recommend this rivit Kit
