I didn't really know what bamboo cotton was until I received this pillow. My partner absolutely loves this when watching TV because it is sturdy without feeling hard. I don't sleep with pillows but I can make an exception with this one because it doesn't hurt my neck. I sleep on my stomach so most pillows are too firm or too soft resulting in a very painful sore neck the following morning. I would recommend this pillow due to the quality that you can feel and for those who suffer from neck pain due to sleeping in uncommon positions.

The name description are very misleading. With "bamboo" and "down alternative" it seems like it's going to be a more natural feeling pillow, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. The inside is not shredded, it's just a giant wad of gross polyester. I hate the way it feels and will giving this pillow away. Two stars only because the idea of being able to change filling level is nice, to bad the filling isn't really a down alternative.

I have bad insomnia and usually wake up at least 3 times a night. In the 3 days I've been using this pillow I've slept the entire night.

I was going to return but realized the return shipping cost more than the pillow so I am donating it as I do not need another Queen Pillow. The cover was nice but it felt lumpy to me especially after tryng the Beckham Gel Pillow. I purchased a few brands as I was switching from down/feather pillows and wanted to explore which would work best for me. It is a great value for the price.

For those commenting that it's too flat, you have to put it in the dryer as the packaging suggests. It's amazing. I love not having to punch my pillow into shape. Everytime I rest my head, the pillow is perfect.

I was so excited to find a pillow I could un-stuff myself since every new pillow is too full and who knows what you are getting when you buy online. But this was just the right fullness and I use it as is! I love this pillow it is super comfortable. I wish I had gotten standard size instead of queen but it does still fit the standard sized case.

Awesome pillow! Very comfortable! A must for people who sleep on their side or stomach! I'm sure it's comfortable for back sleepers too but I can't say for sure.

I have used this for a while before I wrote a review. I will be replace all my pillows for this one...it's cool an I thought I would never find a pillow to replace my feather tick but yes this one is it...I would rate it a 10 if I could..well worth it..very happy with my purchase
