I cook from scratch daily due to personal choice, satisfaction and dietary necessity, so finding new material is always of interest.There is a variety of recipes in this book to satisfy one's need for variety, as well as application. I was glad to find two gluten free recipes.From the photos shown in this beginning of this pamphlet I can see how tempting the chef's cooking might look, but this is a collection devoid of art. There are large nutrition charts at the end of each recipe, but a picture would be more welcome.In addition, an increase in anecdotal material adds to the knowledge base of the reader as well as creating an interpersonal connection. There is little or none here.I look forward to trying these crepe recipes soon.

Short bio then abbreviations.Recipes contain a title, ingredients and directions on how to make.There are no pictures. Also has per servings: prep and cook time and nutritional information: calories, fat-not broken up into good or bad, carbs, protein, cholesterol and sodium.Think as the healthiest I'd like to try the yogurt and jelly filled crepes.Quite a variety to choose from.

Was part of Xmas gift. Boxed with a crepe pan, boxes of mixes, special jam, etc.

While all the dessert crepe recipes seemed pretty standard, there was a serious dearth of savory recipes. Could have had more content in that regard, i.e., vegetables???

I would have expected someone in the printers or publishers to have seen that they did not print the pages properly, with the top of print missing in many of the pages. The idem has been returned.
