The bulbs were nice and packaged up, original packaging, and they were NEW! No worries on any RMA's that may happen, because they are new and they are covered for one year! Great luminosity, amazing spectrum. Industry standard most definitely. Could not be happier.

Bulbs defective after short period
Bought a package of 4, one bulb was blown within 6 months. I've been using these bulbs for years and have never had one blow. I've run them for a year and a half continuously and never had an issue. So 6 months on a bulb is absolutely inexcusable. Contacted the seller to see if there was any way we could come to an agreement, no response.
