All I can say is this stuff works fast and I have hair that is impossible to grow out. it feels thicker too its awesome! I think that the vitamins are honestly the only thing that works not so much the shampoo cause my hair grew fine without using it much (shampoo and conditioner smell good by the way kind of like a candy scent?) but the bottles were too small for a 30 day supply. so here's what i recommend :1) Only purchase Hair Formula 37 WITHOUT the shampoo/conditioner2) Eat healthier while taking these pills3) DON'T WASH YOUR HAIR everyday i read that hair shouldn't be washed everyday if your trying to grow it out. Reason being is because the shampoos take out your natural oils that you need for hair growth. (I washed my hair once every 4 days)4) Take a 1 day brake after a whole week of taking the pillsthats all i can think of but i love this stuff :) you'll never know till you try :)

I used the product religiously for two week and saw growth. By week 3 and 4 I guess by body got used to the extra nutrients and used them everywhere else but my hair. It is a hassle for me not see a tremendous change. I may have high standards though. I will probably just buy something from the pharmacy from now on and save 50 bucks on horse pills. My hair is healthier now because I deep condition it weekly but HF 37 was underwhelming.

I have previously given this formula a 5 But the longer you use this shampoo the less it seems to work - you are wasting your money on this product! The vitamins are huge and you have to take so many every day that you gag just thinking about it so much though that you stop taking them.I have given up on this product.

No changes noticeable, my sister's hair didn't grow more than what it would without using this product, neither the length or structure of the hair changed,after following the treatment properly, consistent of pills, step one & tow, the shampoo and conditioner.Note. I rated one star because the 0 option is not available.

The first month I started taking these, my hair grew significantly longer. My sisters were shocked because my hair was always damaged and impossible to grow past my shoulders. I set up the automatic shipment on their actual website because it saves $20. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is that actually taking them is quite a task. Wayyy too many pills too many times a day. But oh well, it's certainly worth it. Oh by the way don't buy the shampoo and conditioner. They're not good at all and don't do anything. Just buy the supplements.

Most people say not to buy it with the shampoo. But I disagree and here is whyI got tired of curling my hair everyday so I used one of those box perms at Rite Aid, which was the worst idea ever. I went from having 24inches of hair to having to cut it down to 3 inches long. I was horrified. Especially since I did it all because my husband was coming back from a deployment.Even the three inches I had wasn't in great condition no matter how many times I deep conditioned it.After using the shampoo and conditioner I noticed the next day my hair felt lighter cleaner and softer. It gave my hair the vitamins it needed.Using the pills, OMG!!!! I had died my hair right before using them, and within two weeks an inch was grown out from new growth to the dye. After a month it was nearly two inches longer. I am amazed. thank you Hair Formula!!

My daughters (10 and 15) are using this product with me and we all have noticed much faster hair growth. We take the vitamins and shampoo and conditioner. We also use the Optimum cell therapy program but it is only shampoo, conditioner, and serum ( no vitamins). It is $100 so this is much cheaper - so we alternate. In all fairness we are not sure which product is causing the rapid growth. The pills are also very large making it hard to take but we cut them in half to help that :)

I received the product, and was saddened that the bottles of shampoo and conditioner were damaged and half the product was already gone. I did use the remainder which only lasted about two weeks. I did notice some difference in the texture of my hair and it was more shiny. I was slightly confused on how to take the vitamins. I received 1 bottle of step one and 2 bottles of step 2. I do not know that I will purchase again, as I have still have no luck contacting customer service about half the product being gone, and it is very expensive... ????
