Poor customer service
I purchased Lifeway Farmer cheese .After a few days and way before the sell by date the package, the package was swollen which is a sign of some bacterial growth forming a gas. Of course I was not going to eat it and contacted customer affairs . The purchase price was $5.99. I received a coupon to purchase another Lifeway product. It was for $4.99 . I could not even replace the item for that amount. I called customer service and the person I spoke to certainly lacked the skills for her job. She said it didn’t matter what I paid for the cheese that’s all they would send me a coupon for. She said if I wanted a refund I should have returned it to the store myself. On the rare occasions that I have reported a defective food product to a company I received a full refund and sometimes they send coupons to enjoy other products made by that company.Sorry Lifetime your customer service is very bad . I drink Lifetime Kefir all the time and thoroughly enjoy it. I might think twice about buying Lifetime products in the future.

Strawberries: yum ; Chunky and Sour: uh no thanks
Apparently it's supposed to be sour and a bit chunky but it didn't agree with my system and I personally wouldn't drink it again.

Taste's great.
I purchased this at my grocery store. I bought blueberry, strawberry, mixed berry and plain.I used to make my own kefir, which is absolutely delicious if you add fruit to it. It tastes a lot like yogurt. I don't like plain yogurt, so I always added fruit to my kefir. This kefir is much thinner and sweeter than homemade kefir. It has a lot of added sugar which is disappointing because I really wanted buy this regularly, but I try to avoid added sugars. They add organic (yay) cane sugar. It has 18g of total sugars. My kefir had to be eaten with a spoon like yogurt. There's no way you could drink it...and that's why this was so appealing. Homemade kefir is a neverending commitment if you want to keep your culture alive. And you need to have whole milk constantly available too. I would be happier if it was something you could make once a month, but it's not. This kefir tastes delicious and if you're okay with the 18g of sugar and like fruited yogurt, you will like this. It's fruit flavors, not added fresh fruit so there's no fruit chunks. That would be impossible to drink.Like I said, I bought mine at my local Kroger for $3.29 - $4.29 for each quart. I think that's a great price for a quart of kefir. I really like this, but am going to have to think long and hard about buying more because of the added sugar.I posted the ingredient label off my mixed berry (delicious) bottle.

Lifeway kefir sux
Greek Gods was the best UNTIL Lifeway took over the market. Bitter, thin, not fruity at all. Had to throw it away.

Tastes good, but the fizzy sort of feeling is weird ...
Weirdest drink i've ever had. Accidentally bought this at a grocery store thinking it was a regular yogurt strawberry smoothie. Boy, was i wrong. Tastes good, but the fizzy sort of feeling is weird to me. Other than that, it's pretty good.

Going downhill
I have used this product for several years. What has happened recently is that the bottle is now a much lighter pink and along with it the product itself is much more watery! Bad move!

Terrible
It is so thin, no effervescence, an sour as a lemon. I wasnt looking for sweet but pleasant at least. I would not recommend this to anyone. It falls to far to even be considered in the running for even top 10. It wouldn't make top 50 . It horriblr
