Sound quality is what I expected given the price and overall quality of the physical headset is decent. But what it comes down to use the technical aspects. It is extremely uncomfortable for me to wear because the cushions are so thin my ears are solely resting on the inside and after ten seconds it becomes extremely uncomfortable. I try to reorient it but all I am doing is squirming around with a headset instead of playing my game. Online my friends can barely hear me unless I yell and thats just not an option. This is across multiple games too. The LEDs are a plus and makes the headset good but overall I would go for a different headset all together.Great customer service
