another cool to have in the kitchen

This is a great product for a small kitchen not occupied by many people, therefore a lot of dishes. The colours are neutral. I don’t have a lot of worktop space and don’t like the eyesore of a typical dish rack so this ticks that box. I also like that it’s flexible in size and I can fold it up and store away or in the sink when not using at all. Other than the obvious that it doesn’t have anything to hold cutlery and utensils, the only downsides are the lip to drain excess water isn’t angled downwards to automatically drain water into the sink. So water stays on the tray and builds up until it eventually evaporates/turns to limescale residue, or you pour it out after clearing your dishes away. The second downside is the little slots to hold plates etc don’t actually hold them in place unless the plate is leaning on a bowl or mug. Then they eventually slide and send everything else crashing down like a utility version of jenga. Great concept but not the most practical.

洗った食器は拭かずに自然乾燥させるズボラです。そのため、水切りに置いた食器は水切りの中でそのまま一晩を越すことになります。 こちらの水切りトレー、3段セットで使うと最下段に水が溜まることが特徴です。しかし先述した私の使い方だと、一晩中トレーに水が溜まったままになります。ズボラを自覚しておりますが、水溜まりを一晩放置するのは、なんとなく嫌。切った水は留めずにシンクに流したい。 そこで、最下段の白のみ取り外し、中段グレーの水切り穴をシンクにはみ出させて使ってみたところ、スムーズに水がシンクへ流れ落ちてくれました。最高です。余った白トレーちゃんは、すぐ拭くものの水を切るのに使ったり、使わなかったりしています。包丁やワイングラスを白トレーで水切りすると、嫌でも拭き上げますので、当然水滴痕もなく、ちょっと丁寧な暮らしをしている気分になれるのも素晴らしいです。全部は無理なので、他はグレーと黒で引き続き自然乾燥です。 もちろん本来の使い方である3段セットでも大変便利です。素材の水弾きが大変良いので、集めた水をジャッと流して立てかけておけば、数分後には乾きます。 トレー同士の外れやすさにマイナス評価されているレビューもありますが、私はむしろ、取り外しに手間要らずで嬉しいです。手入れしやすいに越したことはありません。 いい買い物でした。

This is a very simple idea for small (flats, appatament, cottage, or even camping). Foldable so great for space saver storage under the sink. Students will appreciate it. I adore functionality of JJ brand. Worth the money for sure.
