Use on dogs, not girlfriends.
"Hey, can I have a bite of that?""Say please!""Please!"*click*I hold up the fork for her to try the pasta I ordered that she had considered. She glared at me from across the table. Confused, I ask if something was wrong. "Stop trying to clicker training me!" she said firmly. "I'm not a dog."It's true, she isn't. My dog would have never gotten angry over a click. The click means she's getting what she wants, because she did what I wanted. It's a marker of good behavior. I suppose human relationships don't require these devices to bridge communication. Not only is it unhelpful, but it's detramental to the relationship. With dogs, however, it's almost like magic.Serious bit: They click good, they're tough, and the price is solid. Also, the colors are nice.

Handy for the pocket
Since my dog is going deaf, this helps get her attention - then she follows instructions. It’s handy for the pocket, not bulky like others.

Favorite Clickers
So far, these are my favorite clickers! I like the button on the iclickers maybe a little better, but these ones are sturdier and are less likely to break mid training session. Plus,t he colors are great! I bought a set of wrist coils and the clickers all are good to go with me at any time. I keep one in the car, one clipped my leash and one in my treat pouch. I am never too far away from a clicker and I like these ones a lot!

Too loud, flimsy
This is the type of clicker that presses a thin metal sheet which bends and snaps back, causing the click sound. If this is what you want, then go for it. Personally I can't stand the sound, and I find them difficult to click. Definitely not easy on the thumbs. They're way too loud to train my sensitive cat who has anxiety. They're also lightweight and they feel cheap. I will donate these to my local shelter, and look for a higher quality clicker with a more pleasant sound and feel.

Two Stars
It helps the dog to stop barking so much one or two clicks, then piece.

Good clickers
These clickers are nice and loud, with a cute, positive, clicky sound. I’ve dropped them a couple of times, in the driveway & on the tile floor, and they are durable. I like the different colors, so that there’s one handy for each color-coded room. The clicker training really speeds up learning and dog responsiveness.

Great for Training
Makes a loud strong noise, I bought straps to go along with the clickers. Works wonderfully.
