.com The durable nonstick double-coating on this heavyweight cake pan ensures that the decorative pattern comes out intact, and heavy, aluminized-steel construction distributes heat so cakes bake evenly. This 11-inch-diameter pan holds 10 cups of batter, ample to serve 10 to 12. Included is a booklet with 22 baking recipes--try the Chocolate Apricot Brandy Cake. Use the pan also to mold frozen desserts and gelatin salads. Because the pan's nonstick coating covers the entire pan, not just the cooking area, cleanup requires no more than a quick scrub in soapy water. --Fred Brack

Excellent Specialty Bakeware
These pans are great for specialty cakes and "Euro-Style" cakes. Heavy gauge metal with a non-stick coating are exactly what is needed for this type of product.Note that this non-stick coating is designed to be used with a light coating of butter or baking spray. This ensures proper browning and crisping of the outer edge and also results in effortless release from the pan.Highly recommended to wow friends and family that can appreciate premium quality homemade cakes.

Love/Hate Relationship
I love this pan for so many reasons. It is a strong well made product, makes any cake look special, it is easy to cut equal pieceson the scored lines, it is unusual and hard to find, makes any carrot cake look like a masterpiece. If you purchase this pan be sure to not let it sit in the sink in water for any length of time as it will rust. That said, I ordered 4 more of these pans and will be sure to clean them immediately and dry them well.

Rust after very little use
I used this once as a bain marie holder for a 10" spring form pan and immediately after doing so noticed rust marks in the pan. For $28 I'd expected a better quality. Surely one must be able to use water with it!
