I have had my charger for exactly 1 month and the "block"has already died on me! I am sad because I really loved it and it looked like top quality....****FOLLOW UP*****I was not asked to write this follow up! As soon as Tranesca saw my review they emailed me about the warranty etc etc. I was just going to pitch the thing as a lost cause. They sent me a brand new one! The quality is so obvious! I was so happy to get that follow up email! I have NEVER had a company do that for me. With that in mind, I will be purchasing many more items needed from Tranesca. Great company!

I'm giving this product a 5 Star review because of the excellent service I received from Tranesca. I like this product, great color, and the 6 ft cord is handy to have. I had trouble with the outlet plug overheating and then eventually stopped charging over a period of a couple months. I notified the company and they IMMEDIATELY rectified the problem. They said that was a highly unusual problem (lucky me!) so I am now in possession of another plug. It arrived today in quality packaging. I will order more from this company because of their outstanding customer service.

The product not only fits the exact description and functions as advertised, but is solidly made, and was delivered in a wonderful package with minimum waste. Instant communication from the manufacturer on where to provide feedback, how to return and so on was an extra plus. The company really seems to be putting their all into taking simple products and making them as good as they can be - it's the first time I ever felt thrilled at buying something as basic as a cord or charger.Added bonus - the rose gold is a perfect match to my iPhone's (which hasn't always been the case with other manufacturers' products).

I wrote a really awesome review about this charger. It was great. For about 2 days. And then immediately after I wrote it, IT STOPPED WORKING. I don’t know what kind of black magic is happening here, but each time I move my phone, my phone does the “I’m charging” vibrate. So, it’s not charging all the way through. I woke up this morning after charging for 12 hours and it’s only 66% charged. I moved it when I checked it last night so it must have been displaced. It takes like 6 tries to even get the lightning bolt sign - sometimes it doesn’t even show up and still charges, sonetimes the phone doesn’t even vibrate to let me know it’s charging. Now it’s like the demon charger. It’s so finnicky and unreliable. I will be returning it! Disappointed!

It died after 3 weeks of use, I normally replace chargers because I have given my current one to someone else. I never break them, they stay in the same spot. I won’t buy this brand again.Revised: the seller granted a fully refund and explained that they have a year warranty. I will give it another try.

Pairing, and sound quality were fine. I gave it 3 stars because the language changed from English to what sounded like Chinese after using it for about a year. I haven't been able to find instructions on how to set the language that worked. I have no clue what happened to cause the language to change.

I bought 2 sets one for myself and one for my 28 yr old daughter. We both love them. They look great, seem quite durable, and fast are charging. I feel this is a brand we’ll use this regularly. It’s been 3 months now and everything works as advertised and we both love the look of them. She received the rose gold I got the gold one. They look great as well as work great.

I bought this charger for my wife and she really likes it. I wanted to get her something that had a braided cord, was longer than the standard 3 ft. cords, and something that was more her style (at least color wise). This turned out to be all of that! Something that would be nice to see is a few more colors. We bought the rose gold but more standard colors like red, blue, pink, etc would be nice to see.
