How many pounds of pressure do the finger stretchers have?

I would guess up to 5 pounds. But, check with the manufacturer for an exact weight. If they don’t meet your specifications, you can always return them to Amazon.

Would these be good for trigger finger/thumb exercise? Are there instructions? Thx

There are no instructions. With the exception of the squeezable egg shapes, they are pretty challenging and take strength. I'm sure if you kept at it, whatever exercise you did with them would in time make you stronger. You could squeeze the donut or pinch the egg and work up to the finger stretchers.

These are great hand strengthening devices. There are three different versions in three different strengths, so you can start wherever you need and progress when you are ready. I especially like the storage pouch. It keeps everything corralled and you can put it near where your TV watching chair is and work on it then.
