Used for cleaning flux from solder joints.
PRODUCT INFORMATION: Weller Flux Brush, 25 Pack (WLACCFB-02)(ASIN: B08FPYK2ZP ): Price at review time: $15.90I’m using these brushes to clean flux from solder joints using alcohol. They are a little too soft for cleaning, so I cut about half of the brush down in order to stiffen the brush for cleaning.✅ FUNCTION (10 of 10)I use these brushes to clean solder joints. For that, they worked well.✅ FIT, FINISH, QUALITY (10 of 10)Does not shed, at all!✅ VALUE: (10 of 10): You get 25 brushes for 16 bucks! That’s only 0.64 cents each. Great value.✅ OVERALL RATING: 10 out of 10DETAILED REVIEWI use these brushes to clean solder joints using alcohol. I cut the brush down to half the size in order to increase the stiffness. They are already fairly stiff for as long as they are, but they work better for cleaning at about half the length. These brushes, unlike other Weller products, are inexpensive and high quality. I observed absolutely zero shedding while using them. You get 25 brushes for 16 dollars. That’s only 0.64 cents each brush, and that’s a steal! These brushes met and exceeded my expectations based on quality and price.

Inexpensive option for crafting and more
These are a great option to use for crafting with kids. I have used them with various paints with my 3 year old and I really like that the bristles stay in place and don't end up falling out. The bristles are thick and wiry, not soft and focused various types of artist brushes. I also like that I can use several brushes for different colors. The brushes are inexpensively crafted of a metal alloy that is curved into a hollow, circular form, and crimped at the bristle end. Cleanup is a breeze. If you plan to use these over and over again until they wear out, then you will still need to be diligent about taking care of them and in this case, it probably means you don't want to soak them overnight or for extended lengths of time. I did notice after soaking a couple of them that they may have started to oxidize though when I cleaned them up and dried them, what appeared to be oxidation was gone. For the price, they are great since you get 25 brushes for around or under $15. Overall, these are great little brushes that are priced right.
