The instructions provided using the QR code DO NOT WORK, and the website provided for support is in Chinese.Plug it it, find it in the wifi list and connect to it with a smartphone or computer.Using a browser type 192.168.10.1. in the address field.Login Screen comes up, type admin for both user name and password.That get's you in then you can figure it out from there depending how you want to configure it. Good luck.
