When I unpacked them I was so excited to try them on, see how they felt on my ear, how the sound was. I charged them and could not install them. I tried 3 phones multiple times and they would not come up on the list of Bluetooth devices. The product website does not have much info on them, the instructions that came with the headphones were very simple, did not seem complicated but I was having a hard time. So I finally put them back in the package and started the return process. When the return was approved there was some troubleshoot videos ad I watched a couple of them hoping they would work. Then I saw a cartoon video that said to make sure the charging area was clean. I put on my glasses and they had a plastic film to protect them. SMH!! I removed the fil, put them bah on the case and Voilà!! It was definitely a user error!!!! The sound is great, they do not feel clumpy, great price and very easy to use.

I have many earbuds, but these are the best for the money that I've ever purchased. I hesitate to write a glowing review because I don't want them to be sold out the next time I want to buy a pair. I have two pairs now, but one might disappear when my grandson sees how much I like them. They are easy to use and fit well in my ears. The charging case is great! I love the colored lights on it. I have no problems with these earbuds. Sound is great too!

Comfortable and charge lasts long time

The sound quality of these earphones are phenomenal. Every detail in the music comes through clearly. Its sleek design has definitely turned heads and I've received many compliments on them.

Funcionan muy bien

1 of my ear pods broke after about 3 months, I've reset and charged. It just won't light up

It didn't matter if I used it on my laptop or my cell phone and it didn't matter what troubleshooting steps I took because I took them all. There was a delay when watching videos if someone was speaking or singing. Apparently it's a common problem, but not with all Bluetooth devices just for this one. It's also a problem that can be easily corrected on most earbud devices. I'm returning it today. The sound quality is great. The price is good if it would work. I can't recommend them but they are pretty. 🙄

Wow! I accidentally dropped one in water for about 3 mins. After taking it out, I washed & disinfected it.... It still worked. I have been using these earplugs for 5 months! I love them.
