July Flower of the Month Larkspur Glass Pendant Necklace

It's too bad 5 stars is the max because I would give this product 10 stars or more if I could. I bought the August necklace/pendant for myself. Once I received it, the packaging it came in made it look a little cheap BUT the necklace itself did not look cheap AT ALL once the packaging was removed. It it so beautiful (even more so than on the pictures that are provided on Amazon)! I love it so much that I decided to buy the July necklace as a gift for a friend and the August one for my niece. They both love it sooo much! I will even buy it as a gift in the future for other people who I know enjoy things like this. It is a wonderful thing to give as a gift because it adds a personal element to the gift without being cheesy. Kids and adults love it! I also wanted to add that the chain broke on my niece's necklace shortly after she received it. I reached out to DiGilio Designs and Sue DiGilio (herself!) responded very quickly, saying that she could get a replacement chain out to my niece (free of charge). My niece received it within a few days and was so thrilled to be able to wear her necklace again. She even said she planned on wearing it to her first day of school (4th grade - so cute!). Sue was really sweet, so easy to communicate with, and responded so much quicker than I have ever received a response when making an online purchase inquiry. It's rare these days to get such awesome customer service, especially where the actual owner is the one to respond. I have been singing her praises and will definitely be purchasing more of these necklaces in the future. Thanks Sue - you're the best!

UPDATE: The seller has reached out and offered to replace the chain on the necklace. Great customer service! I’ll update and increase rating when replacement chain has been sent.I loved this necklace so much. My son’s Birthday is in July and it meant a lot to me. The pendant was beautiful and the perfect size. The chain itself was a great length. Unfortunately, the chain broke on the very first day I wore it....
